The quality system shall ensure that the instruments are in conformity with the type described in the EU-type examination certificate and comply with the requirements of the NAWI Directive that apply to them;
SIPV will report to the relevant notified bodies for Module B and D any significant changes to the quality system or to the approved instrument.
